Food needs some improvement. Some dishes were good enough. Service and the atmosphere is very nice for getting together.

We can see Mount Mayon from almost everywhere in Legazpi, in Albay province of Bicol region. But, it’s always nice to enjoy afternoon coffee and dinner at a terrace facing it. Rockport Café which is sharing a small building with its « sister » Rockport Cottage serves decent Americano and chocolate waffle with pili nuts, the local nuts. I was luckily able to pay by GrabPay when scanning Maya QR code, as they don’t have change and don’t accept cards. For dinner, Red horse at 6.8% is a nice local beer, combined with a delicious fresh dinakdakan. I ensured with the waitress that there is no pork brain in this dish, in case. Waiters are not all efficient, so need to catch the same waitress to order food or drink. Price is reasonable and in line with the rest of places I visited.

Nice sea front views. We had sundown drinks only, but the food smelt great and service is excellent. Nice place to relax on 3rd floor rooftop
